Enphase uses the Enlighten web portal and the Enphase App. If your gateway hasn't reported in weeks or you've never had login access, that usually points to a comms issue we can fix on-site.
If you can't log in, never had access, or the app shows nothing — that alone tells us a lot. Bring us what you have and we'll take it from there.
