Older SMA systems report through Sunny Portal; newer ones use SMA 360°. If your system was installed years ago and reporting just stopped, it's often a comms board or expired data plan — not a dead inverter.
If you can't log in, never had access, or the app shows nothing — that alone tells us a lot. Bring us what you have and we'll take it from there.
